In my point of view, I can certainly tell that it’s very absorbent as my body is very sensitive considering I don’t eat meat I can tell when I take a supplement and it starts to work,… this took affect of my system in about 30 minutes and opposed to the gas that occurs when breaking down a multivitamin. I really didn’t get any discomfort while taking this one, and I didn’t truly receive any of the disturbing after taste well digesting this multivitamin.
